Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to 4.00 pm day of arrival local hotel time.
Late cancellations will incur in a penalty equal to the first night of the stay; no-shows will incur in a penalty equal to the full amount of the reservation. Early departures communicated after 4pm of the day before departure will be subject to a penalty equal to one room night.
